CIS is a countrywide licensed agent providing sales, customer service, and claim first report services to multiple insurance companies. We handle these services as an appointed agent or as a Third Party Administrator, depending upon the services required.
We currently interact with multiple company main frame systems, taking incoming customer service calls, processing endorsement requests, and taking first report of loss. Our services are typically transaction-fee based. This provides our insurance company partners with an option which avoids the fixed costs of employees, benefits, rent and other overhead expenses.
